Hope Land Congo, HLC asbl in its registered Congolese form, is a Kinshasa-based non-governmental organisation working at the intersection of youth empowerment, sustainable development, agribusiness, environment, and good governance in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Founded with a mandate to engage Congolese youth as the country's leading agents of integral and sustainable development, the organisation operates flagship programmes including AgroTour International, Agrischool, AgriEchange CANCONGO, and the Forum des Jeunes Ecocitoyens, with an institutional reach extended through Hope Land Congo Canada in Ottawa. PANEOTECH joint-ventures with Hope Land Congo on the UNICEF DRC Veilleurs du Web platform engagement, where Hope Land Congo contributes the in-country institutional anchor and the youth-engagement methodology that the programme requires.
