A national digital platform for SARIS, the Somali Agricultural Regulatory and Inspection Service, that digitises seventeen regulated processes spanning seed certification and plant variety protection, with offline-capable field inspection, QR-verifiable e-certificates, and a public verification portal. A continental digital platform commissioned by the African Capacity Building Foundation, a specialised agency of the African Union, that consolidates Public Financial Management diagnostics, reform case studies, peer learning workspaces, and an academy integration into a single environment for senior public officials across all African Union member states. HydroMet AI, AI-Powered Early Warning System for Hydrometeorological Hazards in the Senegal River Valley
UNDP Mauritania
A national early warning system delivered by PANEOTECH for UNDP Mauritania, in joint venture with Effica SYS Co SARL, to anticipate hydrometeorological hazards in the Senegal River Valley. The system combines a stacked LSTM neural network with the SWAT hydrological model and ingests data from seven complementary global sources, including Open-Meteo, NASA POWER, GloFAS via Copernicus, and CHIRPS and SMAP via Google Earth Engine. Alerts are validated by institutional operators before diffusion across SMS, WhatsApp, email, web, mobile, radio, and television channels.

The system modernises CRASA's digital presence, integrates its existing operational tools, and adds a structured information-sharing platform with database backbone, role-based access, and advanced regulatory search across the fourteen SADC member states the association harmonises.

A digital platform delivered by PANEOTECH for UNICEF DRC supporting the Veilleurs du Web programme, the youth-led fact-checking initiative that has trained five hundred young Congolese aged fourteen to twenty-four to combat misinformation and online violence across the country's digital public sphere. The platform combines a public-facing fact-checking and educational website with a private member workspace for the Veilleurs themselves and an administrative backend for the programme team, all delivered as a responsive web application and a Trusted Web Activity Android application.

A national citizen-watch and civic engagement platform delivered by PANEOTECH for Action Gabon, operating at regarde.ga as the editorial home of the Dynamique Regarde Gabon initiative. The platform consolidates a multi-thematic editorial environment covering politics, economics, civil society, environment, culture, and free expression with a dedicated election dossier, a citizen dialogue space, and a contribution channel for Gabonese readers, journalists, and civil society organisations. The architecture extends through a sister site on the same editorial backbone, election2023.ga, that hosted the citizen-watch operation for Gabon's 2023 general election cycle.
