Sikia AI

Meeting intelligence for African organisations: speaker-attributed transcripts, AI summaries, and action items extracted automatically from every call.

Sikia AI is PANEOTECH's meeting intelligence platform. The product joins Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls, transcribes every speaker, and delivers a structured AI summary the moment the meeting ends. Decisions, action items with owners, topics discussed, and conversational sentiment, all extracted automatically and ready to share.

Sikia AI

Stop taking notes. Let Sikia do it.

Sikia AI is PANEOTECH's meeting intelligence platform. The product joins your Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call, transcribes every speaker, and delivers a structured AI summary the moment the meeting ends. Decisions, action items with owners, topics discussed, and overall sentiment, extracted automatically and ready to share. Sikia is built for the way African institutions, governments, and organisations actually run meetings: bilingually, across borders, with the discipline that follow-up demands.

How it works

Three steps, then it handles the rest.

No setup, no plugins. Just paste a meeting link and Sikia takes it from there.

1
Paste your meeting link
Copy your Microsoft Teams or Google Meet URL and paste it into Sikia. The bot joins within thirty to sixty seconds as Sikia Notetaker in the participants list, ready to listen.

2
It records and transcribes
Sikia captures the audio and produces a live transcript, speaker by speaker. The transcript appears in real time on your dashboard, every sentence labelled with the speaker's name and timestamped for instant navigation.

3
Summary ready when you are
The moment the meeting ends, Claude generates the summary. Decisions made, action items with owners and priorities, topics discussed, and the sentiment of the conversation, in a structured format ready to circulate.

What you get

Everything you need to follow up and stay aligned.

Speaker-Attributed Transcript

Every sentence is labelled with the speaker's name. You always know who said what, with timestamps that let you jump to any moment in the conversation in a single click.

AI Summary Powered by Claude

A clear overview of the meeting: the decisions made, the topics covered, the trajectory of the conversation, and the points that matter most. Built on Claude, the most capable model for substantive summarisation.

Action Items with Owners

Sikia extracts tasks from the conversation, assigns them to the right person, and marks them High, Medium, or Low priority. Follow-up becomes operational rather than aspirational.

French and English

Full interface and transcription in French and English, switchable in one click. Mixed-language meetings (a sentence in French, the next in English) are handled automatically without configuration.

Your Data Stays Yours

Sikia can run entirely on your own infrastructure. Meeting data never leaves your network. Essential for institutions, governments, and organisations operating against data-sovereignty and confidentiality requirements.

Export and Share

Download the summary and transcript as PDF or Word. Send directly by email to all participants from inside Sikia. The follow-up is finished before the next meeting starts.

Platforms supported

The meeting platforms African organisations actually use.

Sikia works with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet today, the two platforms African institutions, multilateral programmes, and growing businesses run their meetings on. Zoom support is in development. Once your bot is live, integration with the rest of the workflow happens through PDF, Word, and direct email delivery, the formats your team and your stakeholders already work in.

Built for institutional use

Engineered for the meetings that matter institutionally.

Most meeting transcription products are built for individual professionals running their own calendars. Sikia is built first for the institutional segment: government ministries running cabinet meetings and inter-agency coordination, multilateral programme offices running steering committees and partner reviews, foundations running grantee calls, and the institutional clients PANEOTECH already serves through FAO, UNDP, ACBF, UNICEF, and the development partners. The on-premises deployment option, the data-sovereignty posture, and the bilingual French and English interface are engineered for that institutional reality from the foundations rather than added afterward.

Sikia is part of the broader PANEOTECH ecosystem. The platform connects naturally to UbuntuSuite for archiving meeting summaries against project records, to Rafiki AI for conversational follow-up automation, and to UbuntuLink for the identity and single sign-on that lets users move across PANEOTECH products without separate accounts.

Where the platform stands

Beta, and live for early adopters.

Sikia AI is in active beta at sikia.africa, with the application live at app.sikia.africa and the core meeting intelligence stack in production. The beta phase is deliberate: it is the platform's opportunity to refine the bot experience, the summary structure, and the institutional deployment workflow in close partnership with the early users shaping the product. Organisations interested in the on-premises deployment for sovereign or confidential meetings work directly with the PANEOTECH team to scope and deliver.
